Salty Market formally known as Dutra’s Market, has been a long standing locally owned year round convenient store.  The new owner’s wanted to keep the overall look of the historic building established in the 1850’s, which had been in moderate disrepair.  We were able to open up the store’s interior and brighten up the space .  The building had it’s own significant hurdles in meeting today’s convienent store regulations and zoning standards. Again we were able to meet the challenges so the store could open on time for the up coming season.
