Oceanside Cottage Remodel
This oceanside cottage was originally built in 1899. The renovation was designed by SPG Architects out of New York. At the beginning of the remodel project the house, unexpectedly lost 40+ feet of cliff and was moved 70 feet back to safety. Now it sits modernized on the backside of the dune in beautiful Truro. Many aspects of this home were custom creations designed by the architects, brought to reality by us out in the field or in our work shop.
