Home Overlooking Atlantic Ocean
This Cape home occupies a unique site overlooking the Atlantic yet surrounded by oak forest. Custom details include a widow’s walk nestled into the gables facing the ocean. The oak leaf pattern cut into the stair balustrade and the sunburst warming the foyer floor of the guest cottage add unique character to the home. Natural exterior materials include red cedar shingles. A cozy screened porch extends the living area and takes advantage of the natural forested setting.
