Major Renovation and Addition

This house had a great location and a beautiful view but its dark spaces gave it the character of a hunting camp, rather than a seaside home, and it was much too small for the needs of the new owners. New design and construction including large windows and high ceilings opened the space to the light and the sweeping valley view. Expanded space created areas of privacy for both owners and guests. The large, open living room, and a wide deck surrounding the east and south sides extend into a screened porch and a sunroom creating a circular pattern of movement from outside to inside that makes this home a wonderful place for entertaining. Light falling on beautiful wood floors and a graduated custom stone entryway welcome the many friends of this family.
